dark pop artist Roniit. Alone Architect expands his sound with the 808
laden, introspective Alt-R&B track bringing to the forefront topics of
self-confidence, self-worth, hedonism, confronting one’s destiny as
well as the quest to achieve the ever illusive and impossible vision of
perfection.

But at it’s core, “Not Good For You” is a song about interpersonal
connections and recognizing / acknowledging when they have run
their course and are becoming destructive to both parties. It’s a song
about understanding. The understanding both of one’s self, and of
others. But it’s especially about 2 souls, that for a period of time, have
found themselves to be so very interconnected in many ways, without
necessarily being compatible. Without necessarily being good for one
another.

Featuring the hauntingly emotive vocals of pop artist Roniit, “Not Good
For You” follows up on their past collaboration
“[ _ ]” with a more streamlined and personally vulnerable auditory
experience in which Roniit almost pleadingly echoes the words, “I’m
not good for you” and “say it, why won’t you say it” repeatedly
throughout the song. Almost begging the other person to acknowledge
these facts, despite their intense connection at the time. The honestly,
heartbreak, introspection and conflicting emotions are palpable
through Roniit’s magically vulnerable delivery.
